We use automated deductions from verified wallets to ensure timely payments. If a member's wallet has insufficient funds, they receive immediate notifications and have a 48-hour grace period. Repeated defaults result in removal from the group and negative credit scoring.
Yes! You can join as many groups as you want, as long as you have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover all contributions. Our system helps you track all your groups in one dashboard.
All members must be verified with BVN and government-issued ID. You can also see each member's Cashelio credit score, number of completed Ajo cycles, and reviews from other groups. You can create private groups with only people you know and trust.
You can exit a group only if: (1) you haven't received your payout yet, (2) you find a replacement member approved by the group, and (3) the group admin approves. Early exit without replacement may result in credit score penalties.
Our platform has a built-in mediation system. Since all transactions are recorded and transparent, disputes are rare. When they occur, our support team reviews the complete transaction history and facilitates fair resolution based on the agreed group rules.
Absolutely! That's one of the biggest advantages of digital Ajo. Geographic location doesn't matter - all you need is a Cashelio wallet. This opens up opportunities to save with family and friends across Nigeria and beyond.
